LoneStar Corrosion Services, Inc. specializes in the application of Thermal Spray Aluminum (TSA) and Thermal Spray Zinc (TSZ). LoneStar Corrosion Services applies these coatings to exacting specifications and with the highest degree of quality in the industry. Our processes include automated and manual applications of metallizing including aluminum (AWS C2.25), zinc (AWS C2.25), stainless, tin and copper. Additional processes are wet film coatings including inorganic zinc, epoxy, urethane and other catalytically cured coating systems.  LoneStar has recently added the following processes zinc phosphate, molybdenum disulfide coatings (Eversilk), and other fluropolymer coating (Whitford Xylan) processes to our facility.

LoneStar's Houston facility is a 40,000 square foot all-indoor heated building located on 5 acres.  The facility is conveniently located just inside Beltway 8 at Windfern and Taub Road.  LoneStar has a 30,000 square foot indoor  facility located in New Iberia at 3006 Northside Road.

When transportation cost or size of parts preclude a customer the ability to send work to our facility, LoneStar is experienced at conducting field operations at customer facilities.  Both wet film coatings and thermal spray applications may be applied at customer facilities. 

We operate to customer supplied specifications, industry standards (NACE, SSPC, etc.) and a ISO 9000-2000 compliant Quality Management System.  LoneStar Corrosion Services has gained a solid reputation as an industry leader in the industrial coatings market on the Gulf Coast of the US.
